We sent a questionnaire to each of the unions affiliated with the Greater New Haven Central Labor Council and to other non-affiliated unions that have enjoyed a close relationship with the Council over the years, or have provided assistance for the publication of this Labor Almanac. We thought that the answers to these questions could provide future readers of this volume with a better understanding of the New Haven labor movement at the end of the 20th century.
