Our Staff

Joan Cavanagh, Archivist/Director, has worked for the Greater New Haven Labor History Association since 2002.  She has a Ph.D. in U.S. Social and Diplomatic History from Yale University and a Master's Degree in Library Science from Simmons College.  Her doctoral dissertation was titled: "You Can't Kill the Golden Goose: a Social, Political and Economic History of General Dynamics' Electric Boat Shipyard in Twentieth Century New London County, CT."

Christine Saari, Outreach Coordinator, hopes to speak with you about your ideas for partnerships and projects concerning labor history and labor issues in the New Haven area.
